Shipping Policy

International shipping

Veilando is launching as an international store with prices displayed in USD. We ship to the countries and regions made available at checkout. Available services, estimated delivery times and shipping prices depend on the destination, parcel and current carrier options and are shown before payment.

Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment has been accepted. Processing and delivery estimates shown during checkout or in an order confirmation are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, public holidays, high-volume periods, customs checks and carrier disruptions can affect delivery.

Shipping address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if something is wrong. We will try to help before fulfilment begins, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processing or has shipped.

Tracking

When tracking is available for the selected service, a tracking link will be sent after dispatch. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are the customer's responsibility. Veilando does not control these charges or customs processing times.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact the carrier and then contact us with your order number. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the parcel and item before discarding the packaging. Report a missing, damaged or incorrect delivery as soon as reasonably possible so we can investigate.

Unclaimed or refused parcels

If a parcel is returned because it was refused, not collected or addressed incorrectly, reasonable shipping and return costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law. Any reshipment may require a new delivery payment.
