Eligibility and acceptable use

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, colours, materials, sizing and images accurately. Displays and photography can affect how colours appear. Veilando is a multi-brand retailer, and measurements or sizing may vary by brand. Product availability can change and we may limit quantities or discontinue products.

Prices, currency and taxes

The international store starts in USD. The currency and total shown at checkout apply to the order. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect an order already accepted. Taxes, shipping costs and any included duties are shown at checkout where the relevant information is available. Destination-country duties or fees may apply as described in our Shipping Policy.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, delivery restrictions or violation of these terms. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the amount collected.

Payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed by Shopify and connected payment providers subject to their terms and security procedures.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including our 30-day commercial return period. Nothing in those policies limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to a brand identify the maker or supplier of a product and do not imply that Veilando owns that brand. The website may link to third-party services; we are not responsible for their content, availability or separate terms.
